Tasting notes
The deep caramel richness of Sidr honey carries a buttery, lightly toasted walnut flavour, with real pieces of walnut in every spoonful.

How to enjoy it
Spoon the honey and the walnuts together over yoghurt, porridge or ice cream, serve it alongside cheese, or eat it straight from the jar as a snack that feels like a treat.

Storage
Keep the jar sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Raw honey naturally crystallises over time. That is a sign it has not been over processed, and it does not affect the quality.
