Black Seed Infused Sidr Honey 180ml

100% organic Sidr honey infused with black seed, also known as Nigella sativa, a staple of the regional pantry for centuries. Harvested and packed at Asali Honey Farm in Doha.

Tasting notes
Bold and distinctive. The warm caramel of Sidr honey meets the peppery, slightly bitter edge of black seed, with the seeds suspended right through the jar.

How to enjoy it
Take it by the spoon, stir it into warm water or tea, or spread it on bread. The flavour is assertive, so a little goes a long way.

Storage
Keep the jar sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Raw honey naturally crystallises over time. That is a sign it has not been over processed, and it does not affect the quality.
