Sidr Honeycomb Desert Honey 380ml

A piece of natural honeycomb set in 100% organic Sidr honey, exactly as the bees built it. Harvested and packed at Asali Honey Farm in Doha, and the most striking jar in the range.

Tasting notes
Rich amber Sidr honey around a soft, waxy comb. The comb is edible and gives a slow, chewy release of honey that a jar on its own cannot match.

How to enjoy it
Cut a piece of comb and serve it on a cheese board, on warm toast, or with fresh fruit. The wax is entirely edible, so chew it and enjoy the honey as it releases.

Storage
Keep the jar sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Raw honey naturally crystallises over time. That is a sign it has not been over processed, and it does not affect the quality.
