Sidr Desert Honey 180ml

Sidr is the most prized honey in Arabian beekeeping, and this is 100% organic Sidr, harvested and packed at Asali Honey Farm in Doha. This is the jar to open when the honey is the point, not the ingredient.

Tasting notes
Full bodied and warm, with a deep amber colour, a rounded caramel richness and a long, clean finish.

How to enjoy it
Sidr is best appreciated straight from the spoon. It is also excellent on warm bread and butter, drizzled over labneh or dates, or stirred into tea once it has cooled a little.

Storage
Keep the jar sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Raw honey naturally crystallises over time. That is a sign it has not been over processed, and it does not affect the quality.
