Order Processing

All orders are packed at our farm in Doha and processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delivery Within Qatar

Orders delivered within Qatar typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

International Delivery

We ship to a selected list of countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damages and Issues

Every jar is packed carefully by hand, but if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately at asaliii.qa@gmail.com so we can make it right.
